We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days as required by Art. 12(3). For erasure requests, data is removed from all active systems within 30 days and from backups within 60 days.

This document is reviewed and updated:
- At least annually
- Upon any material change to processing activities
- Upon engagement of a new sub-processor
- Upon any data breach
